We had the pleasure of hosting Joyce McConnell and her sister in-law Beverly Brown today at the Royal Roost Treehouse… we made sure to have Joyce as one of of first guest because of a little back story… in 2017, when we first started building cabins there were few individuals that expressed positive thoughts about it… but, Joyce was an exception… every time I saw her at the bank she had only good things to say… after our first two cabins were finished… Joyce asked what our next project would be… I told her that I would really like to build a treehouse for people to stay in… most people would look at you sideways.. but not Joyce… so every time she saw myself or Natalie she would ask if we where going to build that treehouse… 6 years and 14 rental units later we finally built it… Thank You Joyce… a little positivity goes a long way.

The Campsite at Dragonfly is located on a secluded and private 20 acres in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains. The campsite includes a fire ring and firewood. There are various water sport activities like fishing, kayaking, or paddle boating and plenty of hiking trails to explore the great outdoors!
