2026 is nearly booked at Chateau Frankie. We will open for 2027 rentals sometime in the next month or so. If you have rented from us before, you'll be the first to know (by email).

We love that your pups love our dog-welcoming spaces, and we are hard at work creating a third that (paws crossed) will open sometime in 2027. It's pretty special and tentatively called The Otisphere (after my boy Otis).

There is still some availability at Gracie's Place for 2026, and we are already accepting reservations for 2027.

I love it when our renters discover and love Woodstock like we do. Here's a note from the latest guests at Gracie's Place (which still has availability for summer/fall):

We had the BEST time staying at Gracie’s Place! The house was awesome, and we appreciate all the little details to include Riley. He loved the back yard and porch. We had to drag him inside a few times since he wanted to stay out there! Your recommendations were also perfect. We so enjoyed Muse Winery, and walking at Sevens Bend. The restaurants and stores on Main Street were also great!! You were not kidding about dinner at Woodstock Cafe. We both could not get over our meal!! Thank you again for the best little getaway!! We will plan to go again either in the fall or next Spring!
