We are closely monitoring inclement weather projected for our area this weekend.

Out of an abundance of caution and for the safety of our families, volunteers, and staff, all camping operations will be suspended through the weekend here at Allatoona.

Another amazing day at Camp Allatoona!

Big shoutout to Troop 69 for putting in outstanding service work today, helping upgrade the experience for everyone who visits camp. The troop installed a new bench in the sailing area and helped clean up around camp.

Huge thank you to from our Ranger team for all the support!

Want your unit to get in on the fun? If you’d like to bring your troop out for a service project, let us know!

Swimming in open water (lakes, rivers, etc.) is more difficult than in a pool. You can get exhausted in a short amount of time and get into trouble due to waves, current, lack of experience, or your abilities have decreased. Even good swimmers can drown so !
