I have a nice hog roaster on a trailer (easily transports) that will cook up to a 215 pound hog, 1/4 of beef, lamb, goat, or whatever your heart desires! I also have a BBQ Chicken cooker that will cook 32 halves of chicken at a time and includes a sprayer and recipe for sauce. I require a $100 dollar deposit to reserve either of them for a weekend which will be refunded when the unit is returned i

My dad and I will be cooking halves of chicken for lunch on Monday for Memorial day. Cost will be $4.50 per half and you will need to pick it up on Tamarack Lane, Wooster at Noon. The number of halves we cook will depend on what kind response we get. So first come first serve! So let me know asap!

The only weekend left open for the hog roaster in June is the 23rd. June has been a busy month. If your thinking of having a large event, don't delay as I have been getting calls and emails about July and August weekend and already have a couple of weekends reserved!
