The Sourdough Lodge is officially closed for business and under new ownership!

We wanted to give a thank you to Wrangell and the surrounding areas for your patronage the past couple years, and for sharing your memories with us in the Great Room

Also a special thank you to our former manager Jill; we absolutely could not have done it without you and ALL your hard work!

The Sourdough returns to its roots, we are on to other things!

Tis’ the season for locals to group up and head to their favorite moose trees, likely up the Stikine River or out the road on island in Wrangell, Alaska-the elusive Moose is not to be reckoned with 🫎 🌲
Patience is persistence, good luck & safety to all 🎅 🫎
Moose season starts 9/15 and will bring onlookers together excited to see their family or friends hoist up their prized bull with the help of some hydraulic muscle 💪
