UPDATE: the apartment has been rented!

Apartment rental available! This is a beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with newly refinished hardwood floors and brand new vinyl windows. It shares a washer and dryer with the adjacent duplex. Rent is $900 a month. Tenant is responsible for gas, sewer, electric, trash, recycling, and WiFi. We do not allow pets at this time. Join us Saturday October 12th from 11-1 at the Wray High School for Phil’s Pumpkin Festival! Also join us immediately following the football game at 4th & Main Downtown Grille for a free will donation beer tasting. All proceeds go directly to his scholarship fund!
