Job Overview
We are hiring for the upcoming Seasonal/Summer Season: (Front Desk, Parking, Beach, Restaurant, Housekeeping, Cooks, Laundry, Maintenance, Houseman) to enhance our guest experience at our beautiful resort. These roles are perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic hospitality environments, enjoy engaging with guests and are eager to develop their skills in customer service and guest relations. If you’re bilingual or multilingual, have hotel experience, and love creating memorable moments, we want to hear from you!

Reminder for all Wrightsville beach goers!! Shell Island Resort parking and amenities are for registered guests and owners only. Restaurant, pools and beach rentals are for guests only. And, we do not sell "day" passes. Parking access and garage are monitored daily. Please utilize public access area on Lumina Avenue. Have a great summer!!
