Wholly moly, does anyone know where January went?

I wanted to share that Lewis River Campground is putting on a Valentine’s weekend. A Lady and the Tramp theme Valentine’s evening followed by a bon fire for Saturday evening.

I am so excited to bring my best to this place, and hope that as I learn from each and every one of you, I will know the stories and connections made right here at LRCG. I am blessed to be here.

I am grateful to my new family, my new community, and to fulfill a lifetime dream of being on a large property with cabins.

Stay tuned for new day events, new weekend events, creative ways for all hands to be on deck for work days, and best of all…. a new hope for this new year. Let’s all shine together!

Thinking of the warmer weather for next year’s Camp Element. I am happy to report we have clean and organized crafts and supplies. Next year will be amazing!!

I have had a few requests for prices, registration, etc. for the First Annual Masquerade Ball. The prices are listed below. You can email [email protected] for confirmation and sleeping accommodation requests or message me. I apologize for the delay in getting things rolling.

I have made 20 t-shirts for the first to let me know!!

Potluck- we will need sign ups for dinner and breakfast items, as well as beverage choices. Everything else will be provided.

Guests who come to the event but stay at home: $15 per person or $25 a couple.

Guests who choose cabin: $30 per person, $40 per couple, or $50 for a family.

Guests who pick the lodge: $35 per person or $50 per couple.

Guests who choose RV: $25 for RV spot, $10 per person.

Goodwill offering: A small donation for those who could not afford the event.

Registration is 3pm and check out is 12 noon on 1/1/25. New year and new hope!

As a new caretaker at Lewis River Campgrounds, I am dumbfounded at the nerve of some people who feel vandalism is the way to go. I can promise that security will be a priority so our safety can be ensured. I am showing just a bit of the damage, and yes, police were called and showed up to make an official report.

New Year’s Eve Masquerade Ball- family friendly. Safe and fun way to enjoy ring in the new year!

Decorations and celebration shirts are being made in anticipation of the fun night on the campgrounds. Dancing, mask making, glow in the dark games, campfire, and best yet…. Staying the night so we can enjoy the new hope these beautiful grounds provide.

Potluck signups will be posted soon. The goal is to allow everyone the opportunity to enjoy the festivities and not be in the kitchen getting prepped for more 😎.

Work Day tomorrow: 8a-12p

Helping out at the caretakers house, workshop organizing, dumpster runs and painting.
It’s supposed to be very hot tomorrow so not planning to keep anyone who shows up beyond morning hours.
