Well.... its summer.🥵
Luckily we have good cold a/c in our suites, a nearly fully shaded property keeping it cooler and a jaccuzi we turn the heat down on every July 1st to a cooler temp to relax in.
There is ONE available suite for the Berkley Oct 17/18th. Pre fishing dates are also available for this suite.
The View suite has a queen bed, private bath, nice views, private deck and private entrance. There is a coffee pot with coffee and creamers, microwave, toaster, mini frig with milk, juice, water, jams, butter and jellies, bagels, cereals, table and chairs.
It is a great suite and if a second bed is needed I can add an ex long rollaway bed for the second guest.
We have an onsite private ramp ( no waiting) large dock with screened in room with fireplace for chilly nights, seating and mini frig for bait and drinks. Charging areas
Grill and deck furniture on the large deck overlooking the property and quiet cove.
Everything is blooming making it just beautiful and the perfect place to kick back and relax, golf right across the rd or fish for the big one!!
We are quiet and secure with camera on water area and stairs. 9 yrs and not one problem. Your boat, gear and suites are safe while here.
