We're very excited to show you all our new King Studio Suite - it's now open for guests, and we would LOVE you to come and enjoy it. As well as a king bed and a sleeper sofa for a third person, if needed, there's a wet bar refreshments area, a private deck, a double soaking tub and separate double shower. You can also enjoy free media streaming including Netflix on the fantastic 70" flat screen TV. In fact, to tempt you more to try Room 10, we'd like to offer you a great "new room" deal - stay 3 or more nights Sunday thru Thursday and we'll discount the room by $50 per night plus throw in some bubbly for your check-in. Hey, such excitement - we had Dr. Phil stay with us last month! He and his wife were very gracious guests.

"Thank you so much for having us dear Helen and Michael. This is really a lovely Inn with immaculate rooms and a great breakfast. The staff is ever so friendly and helpful and you can really feel the eye and care for every detail. The street in front of the Inn is well used during the day but quiet at night."

Fall brings talk of an Indian summer. We have got off to a good start this weekend with beautiful deep blues skies against the turning leaves and the ocean beyond. It remains a spectacular time to visit the Cape, a photographers' paradise, with something to excite everyone. Our best suites offer beautiful fires, a cheerful setting for a glass of fine wine to round off a memorable day with your sweetheart.
