We are looking for motivated and detail oriented seasonal cleaners to join our team this summer! Must have own cleaning supplies and transportation. Will need to complete a W-9 form.

Cleaning can start as early as mid May - June throughout the week/weekends. Cleanings in July and Aug are only on Saturdays. Additional cleaning opportunity during off season.

1 Snowplowing and/or snow shoveling – Costs include plowing of driveway, snow shoveling of all walkways.

2 Maintenance & professional painting – Odd and end jobs you would like done around the property, we have the perfect crew to get your To-Do list done! No job is too small – hanging items, assembling furniture, minor repair work. Professional and efficient professional painting. Rates are paid hourly reasonable.

3 Property Management – We are happy to perform inspections of the home either weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly while vacant. If interested I can provide a cost detailed work sheet with actions performed and costs.

The additional services offered by Oceanview are performed by the same loyal and trustworthy employees who have been working with us during the summers. Providing quality work with quick turnaround times and very reasonable rates. Take advantage of their time during the off season!
