Dear Top Merch Tools followers and fans. I have super EXCITING news to share with you all.
I am combining all my pages into ONE! Here’s why:
As many of you know I have been in the construction trades most of my life, from rough carpentry to finish carpentry, I have done it all. Home design, construction and everything real estate related has always been a passion of mine. I am thrilled to take my career to the next level as a real estate broker and investor.
I joined an absolutely superb team at Coldwell Banker Realty and have been super busy supporting clients right out the gate. I absolutely love what I do and look forward to serving my community.
Content creation on social media is probably one of my top favorite things to do as a contractor and now broker. When I receive feedback that one of my post’s has helped someone achieve a positive outcome or maybe just made them chuckle, there is no better feeling in the world… My pages DIY DAD and TOP MERCH TOOLS have been such a blast to run and connect with. I thank you all for your support.
Moving forward I would love to combine all my construction and DIY expertise along with real estate info, trends and local market data. The new page will be like a one-stop shop for homeowners, current and future. Everything from how to purchase real estate, sell real estate, invest in real estate and then once in possession, how to maintain and upgrade your home to get the most out of your investment.
