Our company is seeking a top-notched Maintenance Manager for our RV park in Yreka.

This individual will be responsible for the over all maintenance, landscaping, and light construction work for our property. this is a working position, so this individual will need to be a self-starter that enjoys the physical nature of the job and being outside. must have great customer service skills and be a team player.

DUTIES INCLUDE
* Maintain common areas, restrooms and recreational areas, and keeping them free from trash/debris.

*Maintain all community landscaping: mowing, weeding, planting, leaf removal, ect.

*Cover all facility maintenance, including (but not limited to) light remodeling, painting, carpet, wood flooring. appliance repair, door installation, bathroom fixtures, light interior plumbing.

*Underground utility work (e.g., sewer or water lines)

*Inspect property grounds and maintain property equipment.

*Emergency utility repairs.

QUALIFICATIONS
*Must be able to lift 50lbs
*2+ years maintenance or applicable experience
*Valid license and reliable transportation
*Customer service and POSITIVE attitude are essential

It is the beginning of Spring the park is starting to get full again, fun things will start happening around Yreka and in Siskiyou county come and join us for the fun. The beauty of Siskiyou County and Yreka has a lot to offer, hiking, shopping, camping, rafting, fishing, dredging (gold mining), swimming, a lot to do.

June 18, 2014 there will be a band playing here at the Yreka RV Park, "Kathy Boyd & Phoenix Rising" if you are coming through the area we would be glad to have you come and stay with us and watch them play. The Show starts at 6:30 pm.

Wow - a couple of Be-uuutiful days here in Yreka CA, Siskiyou County!!! Sunshine, warmth, & pretty blue sky. Mt. Shasta is at her very best. Her Majesty will take your breath away in the clear mornings this time of year. Of course I keep forgetting to bring my adapter with me to work so I can post pictures for you all to see. But, it's better in person, anyway, so stay with us at the Yreka RV Park while you are traveling. Then take advantage of the opportunities to take your own pictures.
