1. Start on your stomach or knees – Begin in a calm body of water. Power up the motor using the handheld remote.

2. Find balance – As the board gains speed, gradually move to your knees and then stand up when stable.

3. Shift your weight – Use subtle shifts in your body to steer.

4. Practice throttle control - Smooth, slow acceleration helps you stay stable and avoid wiping out.

5. Glide and enjoy – Once airborne on the foil, it’s all about balance and smooth turns.

🔑 Important Things to Know Before E-Foiling

1. Balance is Everything!

Think of it like a blend between surfing and snowboarding. Your core muscles do the work, and even small movements affect the foil’s lift and direction.

2. Safety First

Wear a helmet and impact vest/life jacket. Always start in calm, open water - away from people and boats.

3. Throttle Control = Mastery

Jerk the trigger and you'll probably crash. Learn to feather the throttle smoothly - this controls speed and helps you lift off and land gently.

4. It’s Quiet - but Powerful

E-foils are surprisingly silent, but they can go up to 25+ mph (40 km/h). That speed feels much faster when you're hovering inches above the water.
