KaSa Apartment Rentals & Suites is a family run business, owned by Sherman and Shelley Ephraim and operated by Kenrick Ephraim. We are 5 minutes away from the Palm at Pelican Cove beach resort and there's a bar/lounge next door. The name "KaSa" holds special meaning to us. It is the first two letter initials in our daughters first names. Pronounced as "Casa", we'd like to be your home away from home.
