We are now at the final step in our St. Croix investment plan. Basic steps completed so far:
- Purchase property in prime location (beach) at a good price.
- Purchase property with value add potential. In this case, the building needed maintenance, some updates, and a good business plan.
- Setup a solid business system with processes to optimize revenue and expenses.
- Catch up on all property maintenance.
- Complete updates to attract more business.
- Raise rents to to increase investor income and get a more favorable cap rate.
- And finally, sell building at a good profit.

Everything about our stay was perfect! From questions and booking to checking in and finally checking out. Place is exactly as described. Tim and Drew were incredibly responsive and helpful when we had questions. Three tiny details that stood out to me that I always appreciate from hosts: 1) All streaming services are already logged in for you which is extra nice when you get home late and just want to chill & can easily access something to watch and unwind. 2) They have staples in the pantry for you ready to go - like coffee & filters! 3) The sheets were incredibly clean and soft and the pillows are high quality. Everything was very comfortable. Can’t wait to return. I have friends on island and they all complimented the condo because the location and comfort couldn’t be better! West is best. ❤️
