One down! Erin brought some gusty winds and about 4 inches of rain! Power is out for most of St John and St Thomas…our solar battery backup kept us comfortable overnight but need the sun now to recharge! Bananaquits hungry this morning!

Our mango tree has outdone itself this year! So many large mangos - the birds can’t even make a dent! We have shared mango crème brûlée, mango cheesecake, mango salsa, mango parfait, mango smoothie, mango cheese spread and mango ice cream (made by ) with visiting friends and guests! Come visit soon!

Fruits of our labor at the villa! Planted the passion fruit vine several years ago - first time we’ve had the flowers produce fruit! We have 6 developing so far. The pineapple top was planted two years ago and so excited to see a full size pineapple developing! We have two others in the infant stage. Now to protect these from the birds….
