Isaac Buckner is back for the 2026-27 season with brand-new offerings, all designed by him -- with his signature wings (he was voted "King of the Wing"), a popular grouper sandwich, oxtail wonton tacos, a seafood etouffee, and more Chef Isaac creations and inventions. "Tamarind blew the other local St John USVI spots out of the water. Honestly, I’d been let down by a lot of the “American food” places around here, everything just tasted so bland. This place is the total opposite. The meatloaf, collard greens, and sweet potatoes were all incredible, full of flavor and 𝒄𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒍𝒚 𝒎𝒂𝒅𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒆."
