Một chiếc bánh Trung Thu tại Naman Retreat bắt đầu từ những nguyên liệu quen thuộc được lựa chọn kỹ lưỡng: hạt sen, đậu xanh, đậu đỏ, mè đen, hạt hướng dương, lòng đỏ trứng muối cùng lớp bột bánh mềm thơm.

Qua từng công đoạn chuẩn bị nhân, nhào bột, định hình và ép khuôn, mỗi chiếc bánh được làm thủ công với sự tỉ mỉ của đội ngũ bếp bánh. Dưới sức nóng của lò nướng, lớp vỏ dần chuyển màu vàng óng, hương thơm lan tỏa, ôm trọn phần nhân đậm đà bên trong. Từ những nguyên liệu giản dị ban đầu, những chiếc bánh mang sắc vàng truyền thống, xanh thanh nhã hay đen hiện đại lần lượt hoàn thiện, rồi được đặt vào những hộp quà tinh tế mang cảm hứng từ hoa sen.

Không đơn thuần là một món bánh của mùa trăng, đó còn là hành trình của sự chăm chút, từ đôi tay người làm bánh đến món quà được trao gửi. Một mùa Trung Thu được tạo nên từ những điều thật giản dị, nhưng đủ đầy bằng sự tinh tế và chân thành.

A Mid-Autumn mooncake at Naman Retreat begins with thoughtfully selected, familiar ingredients: lotus seeds, mung beans, red beans, black sesame, sunflower seeds, salted egg yolk, and soft, fragrant dough. From preparing the filling and kneading the dough to shaping and pressing each cake into its mould, every step is carefully handcrafted by our pastry team. In the warmth of the oven, the crust gradually turns golden, releasing a delicate aroma while embracing the rich filling within. From these simple ingredients emerge mooncakes in traditional golden hues, elegant green, and modern black, before being placed in gift boxes inspired by the beauty of the lotus flower.

More than a seasonal treat, each mooncake reflects a journey of care — from the hands that create it to the moment it is shared. A Mid-Autumn celebration made from simple things, yet filled with refinement and heartfelt warmth.
