"Your memories, our treasures"

On short notice I was able to book a villa with Mr. Duc. He replied almost immediately to my questions and prearranged baby cots for our kids. We are a family of 4. Our kids are 6 months and 2.5 years. When we arrived to Da Nang Mr. Duc had his manager pick us up at the airport at no extra cost to us. The manager Mr. Tu was a very pleasant fellow who helped us get settled in after the 25 minute drive to the villa. It was already late but he took time to explain where everything was and showed us the pool and restaurant and other basics we needed for our stay. The villa was even more spacious than we imagined from the photos. The building is almost new as well as all the furniture. Beds were excellent and the bedding was new and fresh. Even the pillows were top quality. As agreed there was 2 cots set up for the little ones we had one in each bedroom. We brought our nanny who stayed in the second bedroom. The 2nd bedroom also had the same bed as the master suite. After a good night rest we proceeded to the beautiful pool (where we spent many hours relaxing during our stay). The pool is right up against the beach and offered great views of the ocean. The beach itself was prestine, clean, and went for as far as the eye could see in both directions. It was virtually private with only a handful of people at a time in a large area. The ocean was warm and inviting. The staff at the pool and restaurant were truly great as well. Friendly and professional always. As we're the staff at the reception. All the staff that we interacted with spoke very good English and we're accommodating and helpful. The television had numerous English channels and the sofa was large and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and didn't leave us needing anything. We cooked breakfast and at least one other meal there every day. The mini bar also included snacks and had a decent selection. Mr. Duc even provided a motorbike for running into town. It's only about a 10 minute drive but saved me from many cab rides going in for supplies or to have a look around. The 2 housekeepers came daily and did a good thorough cleaning and provided fresh towels and bedding. Outside the front was a large patio with chairs that reclined and we're ideal to unwind after a long day at the beach/pool. One drawback was during the day there is construction started in front of the building that looks like it could go on awhile. But to be honest we barely noticed it. All in all we were totally satisfied with the accommodation and our host and all the staff. We will gladly return for another stay.
