BBNC Homestay needs to recruit staff who can speak English, or Chinese,
Job description:
Items a, b, c are for front desk staff. Other items for reservation staff
a. Implement the check-in-check-out process for guests
b. Coordination and supervision of incoming and outgoing guests
c. Monitor, send room maintenance requests, change rooms for guests
d. Finding new customers through different channels: available contacts of BBNC Homestay or social networking sites, room sales channels such as agoda, booking...
e. Contact customers, send service quotes to them.
f. Consulting, taking care, persuading customers to use room service and other services of BBNC Homestay
g. Monitor and supervise the work to ensure the satisfaction of customers, flexibly handle arising situations.
h. Receive and resolve customer complaints.
i. Link with other departments to optimize service.
1. Starting salary: 10 million/month
