⭕️ Statement about copyrights & crucial notice regarding unauthorized use of Smarana Hanoi Heritage's media materials

The second letter after saying goodbye to the Smarana Hanoi Heritage brand that we cherish,
Recently, after the Smarana brand stopped operating at address No. 5, Alley 82/1 Dich Vong Hau, Cau Giay, Hanoi, we noticed that the new business owner is using our media to promote their business on the new page, under the name 22Land Heritage Hotel & Retreat.
Smarana is the legal owner of those media materials with enough proof and well defined contracts. Therefore, we kindly request that the new business owner immediately cease the use of all such materials. The unauthorized use of our intellectual property is not only unethical, but also illegal. We will pursue the appropriate legal actions if the above situation persists.
On the other hand, we also want to inform our customers, partners & supporters and emphasize that those content posted on page 22Land Heritage Hotel & Retreat are not the business/promotional activities on the part of the Smarana brand.
