🌕 Today, the last full moon of the lunar year, known as Rằm tháng Chạp, arrives gently, just before the excitement of Tết begins.
🥗 On the morning of Rằm tháng Chạp, families wake early to light incense and pray for health, protection, and peace. Simple vegetarian meals are shared at home, and some visit nearby pagodas.
🏡 At Ngáo Home, we begin the day of the last full moon by praying to our household spirits, giving thanks for protection and harmony throughout the year. Afterward, we cook and share a traditional family meal, just as it is done in Vietnamese homes.
🐟 If you miss this moment, you can still celebrate Tết Ông Công Ông Táo with us on the following Monday. Through simple, hands-on traditions and home cooking, we invite you to experience the quiet closing of the old year and welcome the Year of the Horse together naturally, and as part of the family.
🍎 It is part of our daily life and we are happy to share it with you.
