I think the most impressive part of the whole experience was the services that the front desk staff offered. Since the hostel also serves as a travel agency, it was super easy (and cheap!) to book our trips out of Hanoi. We just got back from a trip to Halong Bay and everything was arranged perfectly! We booked this trip, plus a tour to Sapa and a plane to Da Nang and they charged us all together

and arranged everything. The room we stayed in was a family room (2 queen beds in a separate room with bathroom) and it was lovely. Free breakfast (eggs, toast, fruit and coffee) and the free beer happy hour between 6 and 8 pm. I would recommend this place to families or singletons looking for a good location in Old Quarter and needing some travel services. :)
