We arrived safely home thank you very much and have already travelled to Greece for some time with my family. Thank you for all you did for us during and before our stay. It made such a difference to know our bags were safe and the day you allowed us to shower between excursions made so much difference. The standard of service and personal touch you all showed us was beyond any hotel experience I have had across some of the world's best hotels even Shangri'la Dubai and Mandarin Oriental in Kaula Lumpur. Many people could learn from your teams ability to make guests feel welcome.

We will add comments to trip advisor and will definitely stay next time we are in hanoi. Please do send us the goodbye picture you took :-)
