AZ Hanoi Hostel Hostel All rooms are nice and clean. Beds a comfy, and there's a nice lounge area where you can watch TV and meet new people over a beer.

The best part are the staff though who are amazing. In the dorm, you have your own space with curtains, good mattress, duvet, pillow and plugs to recharge your electronic devices while sleeping, 24/7 customer service. The location is very accessible to everything else: few minutes walk to the famous hoan kiem lake, restaurants, and bars. The rooms have balconies. You can see the hustle and bustle

of the old quarter during the day. And of course, the receptionists are all approachable and helpful. They always greet you with a smile. The maintenance and the housekeeping staff always do their job perfectly.
