I am writing on behalf of the International Office at Universitas Diponegoro (Undip), one of Indonesia's Top 10 national universities, to invite your outstanding students to apply for the Diponegoro Exchange Experience Programme (DEEP) — a fully funded one-semester exchange scholarship for the Fall 2026 semester (August – December 2026).

WHAT IS DEEP?
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
DEEP is Universitas Diponegoro's flagship international student mobility programme, designed to give undergraduate students from around the world a transformative academic and cultural experience in Indonesia. Participants are fully embedded in our English-taught international undergraduate programmes alongside local and international peers.

WHAT THE SCHOLARSHIP COVERS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
DEEP is a genuinely zero-cost opportunity for accepted students:
✔ Full tuition waiver
✔ Registration fee waiver
✔ Settlement allowance of IDR 1,500,000 upon arrival
✔ Monthly living allowance of IDR 2,500,000 (~USD 155/month)
✔ Structured cultural programmes and excursions
✔ Airport pickup service from Semarang (Ahmad Yani Airport)
Students are only responsible for their international airfare, visa fee (Indonesian visa index E30F), accommodation, and personal expenses — making this one of the most accessible fully funded exchange programmes available.

COURSES IN COMMUNICATION SCIENCE

For Fall 2026, the Bachelor of Communication Science programme offers the following English-medium courses:
• Self Identity and Interpersonal Relations
• Media Communication and Audience Analysis
• Communication Technology and Digital Society
• Podcast Production
• Content Production Strategy
• Political Communication and Marketing
• Consumer Behavior and Culture
These courses are highly relevant to today's evolving media landscape and are designed to equip students with real, practical skills in digital communication, content creation, and media analytics.

ACADEMIC RECOGNITION & CREDIT TRANSFER
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Students from partner universities may transfer credits earned at Undip back to their home institution (Credit Transfer System). All participants — regardless of partnership status — receive an official Academic Transcript and Certificate of Accomplishment upon completion. Credits are convertible to ECTS (1 SKS = 1.6 ECTS) and UK-CATS (1 SKS = 3.33 UK-CATS).

Lưu ý: Trước khi đăng ký tham gia chương trình, sinh viên
- Cần nghiên cứu kỹ kế hoạch học tập để đảm bảo việc tham gia không ảnh hưởng đến kế hoạch học tập tại Trường.
- Cần liên hệ Khoa đang theo học để tư vấn trước điều kiện và thủ tục cần thiết để được cấp quyết định cử đi trao đổi nước ngoài và công nhận tín chỉ (nếu có) (đây là văn bản cần thiết đối với các thủ tục visa và các thủ tục cần thiết khác).
- Sinh viên cần chủ động liên hệ với đầu mối của phía trường tiếp nhận để tìm hiểu và thu thập các thông tin thuộc phạm vi quản lý của trường tiếp nhận. Phòng Đối ngoại chỉ tiếp nhận hồ sơ và tiến hành thủ tục đề cử khi hồ sơ đã đầy đủ theo đúng thời hạn quy định. Trong quá trình liên hệ, nếu không nhận được phản hồi từ phía trường tiếp nhận, sinh viên có thể gửi email và đồng thời c/c đến Phòng Đối ngoại qua địa chỉ: [email protected]
A. Hồ sơ yêu cầu xem xét đề cử:
Ngoài hồ sơ theo yêu cầu của Trường tiếp nhận (nếu có), sinh viên cần chuẩn bị thêm:
1. Bảng điểm (tích lũy đến học kỳ mới nhất);
2. Motivation letter;
3. Bản scan hộ chiếu (trang thông tin);
4. Bản scan thẻ sinh viên;
5. CV (Curriculum Vitae);
6. Chứng chỉ tiếng Anh;

8. Learning Agreement: Sinh viên cần liên hệ Khoa để được tư vấn mapping môn học và hoàn tất văn bản có xác nhận của Khoa.
Trong quá trình tham gia trao đổi, nếu có bất kỳ thay đổi nào về môn học hoặc số tín chỉ so với kế hoạch ban đầu, sinh viên cần chủ động liên hệ Khoa để cập nhật Learning Agreement và được xác nhận kịp thời. Đây là tài liệu quan trọng để công nhận tín chỉ sau chương trình trao đổi.

B. Thời hạn và cách thức nộp hồ sơ:
Sinh viên cần hoàn tất đầy đủ hồ sơ theo yêu cầu của trường host và HCMUT;
Hồ sơ cần được tải lên Google Drive thành 02 thư mục riêng biệt;
Cách đặt tên hồ sơ:
Họ và tên_MSSV_Tên chương trình_HCMUT (hồ sơ đề cử);
Họ và tên_MSSV_Tên chương trình_Tên trường host (hồ sơ theo yêu cầu đối tác);
Thời hạn nộp: gửi link Google Drive (đã bật chế độ chia sẻ công khai và cho phép chỉnh sửa) về email: [email protected] trước 17 giờ ngày 28/05/2026 (thứ năm).
