POSITION: ASSISTANT TO RESTAURANT DIRECTOR
1. Điều phối công việc tại nhà hàng/ Coordinate the restaurant activities
- Chịu trách nhiệm quan sát, điều phối công việc trong quá trình hoạt động, đảm bảo công việc trôi chảy, kịp thời đáp ứng các yêu cầu của khách hàng/ Supervise, coordinate all activities to make sure fluent flow in the restaurant.
- Xử lý kịp thời các vấn đề phát sinh tại nhà hàng/ Resolve issues.
- Quản lý các booking tại nhà hàng/ Manage bookings
- Sắp xếp nhân sự phục vụ những ngày cao điểm/ Arrange human resource
- Báo cáo quản lý nhà hàng / giám đốc nhà hàng về phản hồi của khách hàng/ Report to Restaurant Manager/ Restaurant Director all feedback from customers
- Trực tiếp phục vụ khách hàng nếu cần thiết/ Do the service if required
2. Phối hợp với bếp trưởng cập nhật thực đơn và quản lý chi phí nguyên vật liệu/ Working closely with chef to update restaurant menu and cost management.
- Cập nhật và lên thực đơn mới định kì 6 tháng một lần/ Update menu every 6 months
- Kiểm soát chi phí nguyên vật liệu hiệu quả/ Control cost effectively
3. Quảng bá thương hiệu, tìm kiếm khách hàng mới và chăm sóc khách hiện tại/ PR, seeking new customers and take care current customers.
- Tìm đối tác để hợp tác thực hiện việc quảng bá thương hiệu nhà hàng Vatel/ Seeking partner to do PR, marketing for the restaurant.
- Triển khai các chương trình phù hợp để thu hút khách quay lại nhà hàng/ Deploy campaigns to attract new and current customers
- Tìm kiếm khách hàng tiềm năng (đặc biệt là các công ty du lịch, các tổ chức…) và tìm cơ hội tiếp xúc, gặp gỡ hợp tác/ Seeking for potential cooperate customers (agents, organizations…)
- Duy trì quan hệ, chăm sóc các khách hàng hiện tại/ Maintain good relationship with current custommers
4. Công tác học vụ/ Academic management
- Quản lý chuyên cần sinh viên thực hành tại nhà hàng/ Manage student participation during practice sessions
- Hỗ trợ sinh viên khi sinh viên có yêu cầu hay thắc mắc/ Support students when they require.
- Thực hiện công tác tư vấn tuyển sinh khi có học sinh / gia đình muốn tìm hiểu về chương trình đào tạo tại Vatel/ Act as an admission counselor when potential families come for enquiry.
- Quản lý kho đồng phục của Vatel/ Manage uniform stock.
5. Một số công việc hành chính khi được yêu cầu/ Other tasks if required

Yêu cầu/ Requirement
1. Tốt nghiệp đại học, cao đẳng chuyên ngành quản lý khách sạn, nhà hàng, du lịch, marketing/ University or College degree in hospitality, marketing.
2. Có ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm làm ở vị trí Trợ lý trong lĩnh vực khách sạn, nhà hàng, du lịch và dịch vụ/ At least 1 year experience in this position in hospitality insdustry
3. Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt/ Good command in English
4. Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, kỹ năng làm việc nhóm tốt/ Good communication, team working
5. Có kỹ năng xử lý tình huống/ Resolve problem skill
6. Cẩn trọng, tỉ mỉ, trung thực/ Careful, honest, detailed
7. Đam mê và mong muốn gắn bó với nghề/ Have passionate enthusiasm with hospitality industry
