Kitsu-ne Saigon

Post để nhắc nhẹ là Kitsune Saigon ngoài thuê ngắn hạn còn có cho thuê phòng dài hạn nha các bạn ơi.

Hiện Kitsune đang có vài phòng ở Hai Bà Trưng, khu Tân Định, quận 3 - băng qua đường là quận 1. Cả nhà chỉ có 7 phòng thôi, không phải building lớn (không có thang máy) nên cảm giác như ở nhà nhen :)

Mình có 2 loại phòng, phòng lớn 35m2 (giường king) và phòng nhỏ 25m2 (giường queen).
- Toilet riêng, cửa sổ lớn, có ban công
- Chăn ga gối cao cấp như ở resort nằm rất thích
- Bếp: bếp lớn chung ở tầng trệt, đầy đủ trang thiết bị: microwave, bếp từ, oven, toaster, nồi cơm điện, chén bát đũa v.v
- Máy giặt: sử dụng chung
- Quản gia ở nhà 24/7, dọn phòng 2 lần/ tuần, nhà thì ngày nào cũng dọn sạch sẽ
- Camera ở nhà và khu phố, rất an ninh
- Xung quanh rất nhiều chỗ ăn uống và cửa hàng tiện lợi
- Bãi giữ xe qua đêm cách nhà 200m
- Host dễ thương siu cấp

Dù là mô hình giống căn hộ dịch vụ nhưng gía của Kitsune sẽ bao hết wifi, điện nước chứ ko tính phí tiền điện 3.5k-4k/kwh cao ngất đâu nha. Nên tính đi tính lại thì rất có lợi hen.

The penthouse duplex is a tranquil oasis in Saigon the restless city, with wonderful view of Bitexco & Landmark 81.
The penthouse is on the 21st floor Grand Riverside Apartment, located in District 4, right next to District 1. It's 2.5km to Ben Thanh market and 3.7km to Saigon Basilica. It's super fast to get to District 1 thanks to light traffic by the riverside.

There are 2 floors in this penthouse and 4 bedrooms in total. Each floor consists of 1 ensuite bedroom (room A) and 1 bedroom with private & separated bathroom (room B).

Căn Penthouse 4 phòng ngủ ở chung cư Grand Riverside Bến Vân Đồn được thiết kế để thoả mãn đam mê kiến trúc Nhật của chủ nhà. Khác với những mong đợi thường thấy như "hào nhoáng", "xa xỉ", khi nói về penthouse, căn Penthouse này được xây theo phong cách tối giản với tông trắng và gỗ chủ đạo. Tông trắng tạo cảm giác sáng sủa, mang lại năng lượng tích cực cho người ở. Trong khi tông gỗ mang lại cảm giác ấm áp cần có ở một ngôi nhà.

Our apartment is located on the 19th floor of The Grand Riverside Apartment in District 4, right next to District 1. It's 2.5km to Ben Thanh market and 3.7km to Saigon Basilica and it never takes more than 10-15 minutes to go downtown (by motorbike or cars) thanks to no traffic by the riverside.

This 140m2 spacious apartment contains 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with bright, contemporary design and the best view over the riverside & the town center.

>> Housekeeping: MANDATORY housekeeping will be from 11AM to 1PM every 1 or 2 days. Our cleaner will tidy up all of the common area. She will change your sheets and replace new towels twice per week if you stay longer than 7 days.
