You said it's all untrue. The truth is there's only one: YOU DIDN'T PAY FOR THE ROOM AND LEFT.
Your reservation was made at the last minute during a period when our property was already fully booked. In order to assist you, we offered an alternative accommodation at a higher rate, which you agreed to and confirmed.
However, after the arrangement was made, you contacted Airbnb to request the cancellation of both nights and a refund, while the cost of the alternative accommodation had already been paid by us. We also made efforts to meet with you personally and requested your cooperation in contacting Airbnb to confirm that the reservation was still honored. Unfortunately, this request was deliberately avoided, and as a result, we did not receive any payment from Airbnb to offset the incurred costs.
Guests are entitled to share their perspectives. Should future guests have any questions regarding this situation, the homestay is prepared to provide relevant supporting documentation upon request.
