The double room with view to swimming pool and garden, in a very beautiful and quiet villa, with air conditioner, hot water, TV, refrigerator, sofa, desk, private bathroom. The large and friendly shared area: kitchen with full utensils, dining room, laundry room, swimming pool, flower garden, sun terrace ... with lots of tables and chairs for coffee and online work.

Price is 7 million/month, including all costs: electricity, water, very strong WiFi, kitchen, swimming pool, garden, washing machine, free bicycle and weekly cleaning.

Nice room with private kitchen and laundry area, private entrance directly to the garden, large windows opening to the swimming pool, air conditioner, desk and chair, reading bench next to the window.
The area is very quiet and fresh, high and clean, lots of trees, no flood, no restaurants, noisy neighbors or heavy traffic, we are so friendly and good English communication 🥰

The price is 7 million/per month including all bills (electricity, water, strong wi-fi, free bicycles and weekly cleaning...)
