Hoi An Ancient Town is spotless and bustling with tourists after the flood.

A large number of tourists have returned to visit Hoi An Ancient Town and Da Nang. Many visitors are surprised at how quickly Hoi An has “shaken off the mud and transformed” after the floods. Gone are the scenes of floodwaters and muddy debris blocking the streets; the ancient town is now bright under the warm sunlight, clean and refreshed, ready to welcome guests again.

After four days of disruption due to the historic flooding, everything is gradually returning to normal. The streets are being cleaned and refreshed, visitors have started returning to Hoi An and shops are reopening. So if you’re planning to visit Hoi An, feel free to come—we’re ready to welcome you! River Suites has also welcomed our first guests after four days of temporary closure due to the flood.
