Chủ nhà, vì quá yêu không gian mà họ tâm huyết tạo dựng, nên vừa muốn chia sẻ, vừa sợ người dùng không hiểu được giá trị của ngôi nhà và bảo quản đúng cách. Điều này vô tình tạo nên một sự lãng phí về tài nguyên.. PAO Homes ra đời để kết nối những người HIỂU và YÊU giá trị

của những thiết kế có gout, mang đến dịch vụ chăm sóc, bảo dưỡng cao cấp cho ngôi nhà; đồng thời chia sẻ chúng với những vị khách có nhu cầu trải nghiệm những không gian riêng tư, tinh tế! PAO là tên mình, một cô gái xứ Bắc phải lòng với phố Hội và đã có 8 năm gắn bó với mảnh đất này, với nghiệp làm “host”. Với mình, một không gian nghỉ dưỡng trọn vẹn là nơi bạn vừa được bảo vệ trong mái ấm, vừa được vỗ về bởi thiên nhiên thuần khuyết. PAO Homes hiện có 2 căn villa tọa lạc tại biển An Bàng và vùng sông nước Cẩm Thanh, nơi kiến trúc và thiên nhiên được hòa làm một dưới những thiết kế tinh tế. Một ngôi nhà thứ hai của bạn ở phố Hội, nơi có đầy đủ những tiện nghi và cả sự chăm sóc vô hình...

It's me, Pao, a young lady who is passionate in travelling and working as a hotelier at well. To me, “home” is the delicate balance between nature and shelter, between ourselves and the elements. PAO Homes is my next journey to offer a unique and sustainable vacation experience, providing guests with comfortable and sophisticated villas without compromising the environment. Our innovative approach involves repurposing unused properties, rather than constructing new ones, to promote sustainable development practices. Currently, PAO Homes owns 2 uniquely designed and comfortable villas at Cam Thanh riverside and A Bang beach with all-inclusive services. We proudly share our beloved Hoi An Vietnam and the signature villas that we take great care of to our beloved visitors. Beach Stone Villa. 🌿

A lot of guests ask us what Beach Stone Villa actually looks like — because it's harder to picture than a single house. So here's the honest answer.
It's not one building. It's a world.

Nearly 900 square metres of gardens, water, and shade — divided into three distinct homes that can be rented together or separately, depending on how you want to use the space.

The Blue Boat House is the one people tend to fall in love with first. Shaped like a boat, wrapped in its own private garden — one bedroom, its own kitchen, and a particular kind of quiet that's hard to find anywhere else. Built for two.

Stone House sits beside the pool — two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen. The kind of space where a family can spread out properly, or a group of friends can occupy different corners and still end up at the same table by evening.

Arch House completes the picture with its own open kitchen facing the garden — the kind of space that makes you want to cook something slow and unhurried on a rainy afternoon.

Between the three homes: a swimming pool, a children's pool, a shared kitchen, a fish pond, and more trees than you can count.
The beach is 300 metres away — close enough to walk, far enough that you might choose the pool instead.

Some places are easier to feel than to explain. Beach Stone Villa is one of them.

Alley House by Pao Homes 🌿

There's an alley in the heart of Hội An's Ancient Town that most people walk past without noticing.

In the mornings, an elderly neighbour sweeps her doorstep across the lane. Someone nearby is already brewing coffee. A motorbike hums past, unhurried. The sounds of a neighbourhood that has been waking up the same way for a very long time.

Alley House sits in the middle of all of it — built in the spirit of the Old Town, with its ochre walls, dark timber, and handmade roof tiles. A home that looks like it has always belonged here. Because in every way that matters, it has.

Walk five minutes in any direction and you'll find something worth slowing down for. The market in the early morning. A bowl of something warm and honest at a table with no English menu. The river at dusk, when the lanterns come on and the whole town turns gold.

Come back when you're ready. The house will be there.
