VILLA HUE HOTEL - AT THE HEART OF THE MATTER
Villa Hue là giai đoạn mới nhất của dự án kéo dài 10 năm giữa Lux Development và chính phủ Việt Nam. Dự án này đã bao gồm việc phát triển một chương trình giảng dạy trong 4 lĩnh vực chuyên môn, xây dựng trường học và cung cấp thiết bị cho các trường này…
Tọa lạc tại trung tâm thành phố, dễ dàng tiếp cận với sông Hương xinh đẹp và các điểm tham quan xung quanh thành phố, Villa Hue là khách sạn boutique 29 phòng và là trung tâm đào tạo thực hành cho sinh viên Đại học Du lịch Huế. Villa Hue nằm bên trong trường Cao đẳng Du lịch Huế (HTC) và chỉ cách khu du lịch chính của thành phố Huế vài trăm mét
Du khách sẽ được tận mắt trải nghiệm dịch vụ từ những sinh viên háo hức của trường, một số bạn lần đầu tiên được trải nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường khách sạn. Villa Hue sẽ là một bất động sản thương mại hoạt động như một trung tâm đào tạo thực hành cho sinh viên trường Cao đẳng Du lịch Huế.
Bước cuối cùng của dự án phát triển 10 năm giữa Lux Development và chính phủ Việt Nam, Villa Hue sẽ là một bất động sản thương mại tọa lạc tại thành phố Huế, miền Trung Việt Nam.

Villa Hue is the latest stage of a 10 year project between Lux Development & the Vietnamese government. This project has included developing a curriculum in the 4 professional disciplines, building a school and providing equipment to these schools
Located in the center of the city giving it easy access to the beautiful Perfume River and surrounding city attractions, Villa Hue is a 29 room boutique hotel and practical training center for Hue Tourism College students. Villa Hue located inside Hue Tourism College (HTC) and just a few hundred meters away from the main tourist area of Hue City
Guests will experience firsthand service from the eager students of the school, some of who are experiencing working in a hotel environment for the first time. Villa Hue will be a commercial property operating as a practical training centre for the students of Hue Tourism College.
The last step of a 10 year development project between Lux Development and the Vietnamese government, Villa Hue will be a commercial property located in the city of Hue, central Viet Nam.
Villa Hue will aim to operate at a 4 star standard however priced as a 3 star given that is will be staffed by students. This will also give a perceived ‘value for money’ for the potential guest.
