"We stayed two wonderful nights at Cometa Village in Ninh Binh and truly enjoyed every moment.
The service provided by Bùi Nga and Hà was excellent. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and very helpful—especially with activity planning. Mrs. Nga’s English is very good, and they even showed us the local village on a small, lovely tour. When our transfer to Sapa was canceled, they quickly arranged a private car at a fair price, which we greatly appreciated. They were generous and warm-hearted Hosts, and everything was thoughtfully and lovingly prepared.
Breakfast was plentiful and varied. We also had two dinners, which were tasty and quite large.
Our house was located in a peaceful rural area surrounded by rice fields, yet close to many famous and interesting places. From there, it’s easy to explore the region. We visited the World Heritage Site Trang An, and the caves, rivers, nature, and temples were absolutely amazing.
Bicycles are provided by Cometas, making it easy to explore the surroundings and experience authentic rural Vietnamese life—rice farming, fishing, and local villages. Nearby, there is also an interesting cave and a local temple, and the famous Buddhist temples are not far away.
One evening, we attended a local dance show with traditional Vietnamese dances. It was authentic, not touristic, and we even danced together with the performers. Meeting the local villagers made it a very special experience.
We will truly miss Cometa Village, its warm hospitality, and Ninh Binh.
