Thật vui khi nhận được tấm thiệp dễ thương này.

Đoàn khách quốc tế đầu tiên của Areca Villa trên Airbnb là một gia đình người Pháp vô cùng dễ thương. Dù villa mới chỉ có 1 review 5⭐️ nhưng họ vẫn quyết định lựa chọn chỉ vì tin tưởng khi biết host từng học tại IAE Paris.

Chắc họ cũng thấy hiếm khi “Thạc sĩ” mà vẫn phải lọ mọ mưu sinh trên Airbnb, nên thương lắm. Vì thế trước khi rời đi, họ còn cẩn thiện để lại một tấm thiệp viết tay siêu đáng yêu cho Areca Villa kèm lời nhắn.

Những người hoàn toàn xa lạ, chỉ biết đến Areca Villa qua vài tấm ảnh và những dòng giới thiệu ngắn gọn. Chuyến đi của đoàn có đôi chút phát sinh ngoài ý muốn. Nhưng khi đọc những dòng feedback đầu tiên, tất cả những lo lắng dường như tan biến. Mọi nỗ lực của chúng tôi bỗng trở nên thật xứng đáng.

Chúng tôi mới bắt đầu hành trình làm chủ nhà, nhưng nếu có điều gì tự tin, đó chính là sự nhiệt tình và tinh thần trách nhiệm. Bởi trước khi trở thành host, chúng tôi đã từng là những vị khách trên rất nhiều hành trình tới khắp nơi trên thế giới.. Chúng tôi hiểu cảm giác mong chờ, hiểu những băn khoăn khi đặt chân đến một nơi ở mới. Và chúng tôi luôn mong rằng, mỗi người rời khỏi Areca Villa đều mang theo niềm vui và sự hài lòng.

They were complete strangers who only knew Areca Villa through a few photos and a short introduction. Their trip had a few unexpected hiccups along the way. But when we read their first feedback, all our worries seemed to fade away. Every effort we had put in suddenly felt truly worthwhile.

We are just starting our journey as hosts. But if there's one thing we are confident about, it's our enthusiasm and sense of responsibility. Because before becoming hosts, we were once travelers ourselves – staying in many places around the world. We understand the feeling of anticipation, the little worries when stepping into a new place. And we always hope that everyone who leaves Areca Villa will take with them joy and satisfaction.
