Nhân dịp khai trương Spine Pilates Lab, chúng tôi tổ chức Workshop Pilates Thảm miễn phí dành cho những ai muốn trải nghiệm Pilates trong không gian tập luyện mới của SPL.

Đây là buổi workshop phù hợp cho người mới bắt đầu hoặc những ai muốn tìm hiểu về Pilates. Bạn sẽ được hướng dẫn các bài tập Pilates thảm cơ bản, cách kích hoạt core đúng cách, cải thiện tư thế và cảm nhận sự kết nối giữa chuyển động và cơ thể.
Đặc biệt, bạn sẽ được tập luyện cùng chuyên gia của SPL với 8 năm kinh nghiệm giảng dạy Pilates, là giáo viên Pilates thế hệ thứ ba của trường Lolita’s Legacy (USA).
Ngoài ra, bạn cũng sẽ:
• Hiểu rõ hơn về nguyên lý tập luyện của Pilates
• Trải nghiệm không gian tập luyện mới tại Spine Pilates Lab
• Nhận hướng dẫn trực tiếp từ huấn luyện viên để tối ưu hiệu quả tập luyện

💥 GRAND OPENING – FREE MAT PILATES WORKSHOP
To celebrate the opening of Spine Pilates Lab, we are hosting a Free Mat Pilates Workshop for those who would like to experience Pilates in SPL’s new training space.
📅 Date: March 15, 2026
📍 Location: 30 Nguyen Hong, Lang Ha, D**g Da, Hanoi
This workshop is suitable for beginners or anyone interested in learning more about Pilates. You will be guided through fundamental mat Pilates exercises, learn how to activate your core properly, improve posture, and experience the connection between movement and the body.
You will also have the opportunity to train with an SPL instructor who has 8 years of teaching experience in Pilates and is a third-generation Pilates teacher from Lolita’s Legacy (USA).
During the workshop, you will:
• Learn the fundamental principles of Pilates practice
• Experience the new training environment at Spine Pilates Lab
• Receive direct guidance from an instructor to maximize the effectiveness of your practice
To ensure the quality of instruction, the workshop is limited to the first 06 registered participants.
