Good morning. The cottage is available for the weeks of September 6-13th and September 13-20th. Our weekly rate is $1400. Green Bay is especially beautiful during the month of September!

We are nearing full capacity for the 2025 season, with limited availability remaining for June, September, and October.

As we transition into 2026, our nightly and weekly rates will be adjusted accordingly. Rising costs, including cleaning fees and supply expenses, have necessitated this change.

Our revised rates are as follows: Off-season (May, June, September, and October): $250 per night (minimum 3 nights) and $1,600 weekly. Summer season (July and August): $1,800 weekly (7-night minimum).
