Villa Chryssi is an amazing, sea front property, that has the perfect layout for big families or groups of friends, as it offers privacy among your group and features 7 bedrooms (5 of which have their own en-suite bathroom), gym, one large kitchen and two living rooms. Villa Chryssi spreads over 3 levels and covers 400 sq.m., comfortably accommodating 14 guests in beds and up to 16 guests if necessary. Interiors
First Floor
Three of the bedrooms are located on this floor:
-Master Bedrooom: The bedroom features an open fireplace, separate entrance, queen size bed (1,80 X 2,00), 32’’ TV, A/C, suitcase stand and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. The room also opens to a private veranda with unobstructed sea views and sun beds, overlooking the pool.
-Bedroom 2: The bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom with a shower, safe, two single beds (0,90 X 2,00) that can be joined to form a Queen size bed if requested, 32’’ TV, A/C and a suitcase stand.
-Bedroom 3: The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed (1,60 X 2,00), 32’’ TV, A/C and suitcase stand. It also offers access to a private balcony offering stunning vistas of the sea and the White Mountains, also overlooking the garden. and the White Mountains, also overlooking the garden.
-Finally, a family bathroom with a shower cabin is available on this level and it can be used as a private bathroom for the third bedroom. Ground Floor
The main entrance of Villa Chryssi opens up to a bright, sunny and airy open-plan living space, consisted of two cozy sofas, an armchair, 50’’ HDTV and a fireplace, offering direct access to a spacious veranda equipped with patio furniture, enjoying sublime sea views! A few steps up, the fully equipped kitchen, with top-grade amenities and indoor dining area for 10 guests challenges your culinary skills! From the kitchen, you have access to the veranda with a round, stone table for 4 people. Furthermore, three more bedrooms are located on the ground floor.
-Bedroom 4: The bedroom features a queen size bed (1,80 X 2,00), 32’’ TV, A/C and an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. The bedroom offers access to the parking and the rear part of the Villa.
-Bedroom 5: The bedroom offers a queen size bed (1,80 X 2,00), 40’’ TV, A/C, suitcase stand and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. The bedroom offers access to a veranda that leads to the pool and parking areas.
-Bedroom 6: The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed (1,80 X 2,00), 32’’ TV, A/C and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, washing machine and clothes dryer. Lower Floor
At the lower level of Villa Chryssi, guests will find a second living room with large corner sofa, 3D 50’’ TV, A/C, home cinema, sound system, direct access to the veranda and pool terrace. Additionally, a kitchenette with a wine cooler and a small fridge is also available, next to the sitting area. Moreover, an extra family bathroom with shower cabin is also available for this living area.
-Bedroom 7: an autonomous bedroom with its own entrance, boasting a king size bed (1,60 X 2,00), 32’’ TV, safe, A/C, suitcase stand and an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. The bedroom offers access to a veranda, that leads to the pool, after descending a few steps.
- Last but not least, a gym room with a weight training machine, fitness multifunctional apparatus and abs bench is at your disposal, for staying fit during your holiday, while enjoying the magnificent views and reaching the pool with a few steps. Outdoor Area
Being at the lower floor of the Villa, guests will also find the beautifully landscaped outdoor area, that provides direct access to the gym and playroom. The surroundings of the villa cover approximately 4.000 square meters, half of which is lawn covered, while the other half is full of flowers, bushes, herbs and other plants that grow on the Cretan land. The exterior of the Villa offers several facilities which include:

The pool and jacuzzi can also be heated upon request, with an additional charge.
- The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower, so you can enjoy sunbathing at your comfort.
- A lounging spot with built-in bench and pillows, as well as an outdoor sitting area with sofas and armchairs are available, beside the pool, for relaxation.
- A shaded pavilion with an outdoor dining table for 14 guests, ideal for al fresco dining, where one can enjoy eating and drinking during the day.
- The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful lawn-covered garden, ideal for the kids to play. A playground for our young guests is also available, offering swings and a slide.
- Fully equipped gas barbecue, ideal for preparing homemade meals.
- Parking space for up to 6 cars inside the Villa premises.
- The whole outdoor area is fully fenced, offering total privacy to our guests.
