We've survived storms D, E & F and our spring bulbs are fighting through the frozen earth 1000 feet up here on the moor! The Lapwings are just starting to come into nest on the Crag above the Copse and our resident owl has found a mate!

We've only 1 Saturday remaining in March - we only take a minimum 2 night stay now - message for further details.

Long time no speak!

Pneumonia, gales, blizzards, no electric or water has all had their toll 1000 feet up on the moor!

We're here and we're safe and we finally have our new lights for the hot tub so we're having a weekend of snagging, including fitting double glazing!

And another 5 star review...

'The most beautiful, peaceful little break! The photos do not do justice for this ideal location. On arrival the hot tub had been fully prepped and warmed ready for us to jump straight in. We then went inside and found little treats waiting for us, homemade Parkin, homemade bread, fresh eggs, little bottle of aged whiskey and gin, milk, Lurpack butter, and Bettys tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Jennifer made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay and even left a handwritten note upon arrival. Our first morning we were totally stunned to wake up to the most amazing views with the wildlife in the fields. This is a must visit place and you will not be disappointed at all! We cannot wait to come back already! Thank you so much Jennifer and Andrew for a wonderful stay! X '

It's always good to receive compliments from a recent guest...

'Keeper’s Copse is a gorgeous, cosy space perfect for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat. Jeni and Andrew were so lovely and welcoming and made sure we knew they were around in case we needed anything whilst also giving us space to do our own thing. The room had everything we needed and they had also left us a few complimentary items including delicious homemade bread and marmalade! And can’t not mention the hot tub, perfect for looking at the stars and enjoying a glass of bubbly. This is an ideal base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales, so much to do right on your doorstep. We can’t wait to visit again!'
