We love living in Mar Chaya. We offer summer homes (3 b/r flats) with amazing views. Our gated community is in a quiet location 5-minute walk from Broumana town square and vibrant night life, and walking distance to Deir Mar Chaya.

Comfortable spacious 3 bedroom flats (224m2), with modern amenities. South facing apartments with plenty of light all day long. Large balcony doors, that open up onto 4 generous balconies surrounding the flat, all with mountain view- perfect for outside summer dinning and relaxing.
Our piece of heaven includes a large private garden, a children playground and a basketball court. Free private parking. Close to Broumana high street (5 minutes walk), and 9 minute drive to main Beirut highway and to City Mall.
