2026-2027 Season Availability

The 2026-27 season is booking up quickly. Our two bedroom condo only has availability in early October 2026 and April 2027. The rate is $250 / night. The one bedroom has availability from November 30 to December 21, 2026 and in April 2027. The rate is $200 / night with discounts for longer stays.

Canadians are ditching U.S. vacations for Mexico 🇲🇽

More travellers like Charles and Merilee are cancelling their usual winter trips to Texas, saying Trump-era politics and anti-Canada vibes have pushed them to spend their money elsewhere.

Mexico’s seeing an 11% jump in Canadian visitors so far this year, while Canadian trips to the U.S. are down 24% in the first half of 2025. Vegas, New York and Honolulu have been hit hardest, and even Florida is down 22%.

Mexico is now Canadians’ second-favourite destination after travelling within Canada.

Availability Updates The 2025-26 season is mostly full. There is availability in the one bedroom from December 13th to 20th and from January 24th to 31st. We also have some availability in both units in October and most of April is still available in both units. Stays in October and April are great....

With winter maintaining an icy grip of all of Canada and most of the US it’s time to think about your sunny and warm escape for next year. The 2025-26 season is booking up quickly. The two bedroom condo only has availability from January 24th to the 31st, 2026. The one bedroom has had some recent changes to its availability. It is now available from Dec. 12, 2025 to January 31, 2026.
