Less a coffee and cake and more a Preemptive Strike before the recent Bla Bheinn ascent. Absolute pleasure to meet the lovely Alison & Mark of .amys in Torrin. Packed with the best home made cake selection ever, they named their wee cafe after their beloved daughter Amy who sadly passed away. You can tell that they carry on the love in their warm welcome and delicious creations (swipe left and zoom in for a selection!). Do stop in en route to Torrin/Elgol. 😊👏🏻🎂🙏🏻

World Earth Day today and a depressing, sobering image which doesn’t often feature on social media posts about Skye beaches! This is a byproduct of our marine industry and tonnes of it washes up onshore. Creating a positive initiative have encouraged clean up campaigns so today we gathered up plastic rope which will be turned into plant pots by .plastic.pots 👏🏻🌎💓
