Eastmoors Yurts Sadly Dorset Planning have refused permission. So now the public cannot enjoy this bit of Green Belt

Sadly Dorset Council have used a 2002 policy to prevent glamping here in spite of all subsequent Government changes to planning regulations to encourage public access to the Green Belt.

Popped down to the lake today to see how Luke, our handyman, was getting on with the loos (he's adding urinals!). While there we wanted to try out the shower tents that we ordered and they are everything we wanted. There is somewhere to keep your towel dry, sommewhere for your toiletries and a special opening to allow the hot water in! Exciting.
