We finished installation of double glazing windows and the door of Balcony, meanwhile extended the space of balcony. Our apartment is now quieter, better insulated and more comfortable. Also the whole apartment building has been painted from inside to outside.

Lots of restaurants and pubs to choose from within a 5 minute walk. 600meter to ALDI, all flat walking. Shuttle bus 80meters, Calpe tourist train to the old town 2 mins walk. Located in a quiet residential building with elevator. Free community parking and street parking . New complete kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine is in a separate utility room next to the kitchen.
