冷たい味噌だしをご飯にかけて食べる宮崎の郷土料理です。
焼き鯖の旨みと、大葉・みょうが・ごまの香りが一気に広がって、気付いたらあっという間になくなっている一杯です。
お豆腐やきゅうりも入っていて、食感も楽しめる夏のごちそう🙌🏻

▼ What is Hiyajiru?
A traditional dish from Miyazaki where cold miso soup is poured over rice.
The rich flavor of grilled mackerel, combined with shiso, myoga, and sesame, spreads through every bite.
Tofu and cucumber are also included, making it light, refreshing, and full of texture, a perfect summer meal.
- Hiyajiru Set (with 3 pieces of deep fried chicken with grated daikon & ponzu): $8+VAT10%
