French Pass Beachfront Villas Our comfortable fully self-contained villas are freshly renovated & surrounded by native bush overlooking the beach at French Pass village.

Members of the Nelson sustainable tourism charter our objective is to touch the Mauri which leads to a sense of unity between man and nature and to inform, inspire, share and appreciate the wonder and beauty of this outstanding wilderness. Start your day with the sound of the sea, birdsong and magnificent ocean views – dolphins and seabirds including the rare king shag can often be seen from the c

omfort of your villa. End your day enjoying a meal in the outdoor patio and barbecue area. While you enjoy your relaxing get away, you can explore the immediate area on one of the local walks or treks, or discover the wildlife. Bring your own kayak, or chat to Lyn about the fishing charters that are available - she'll be happy to arrange the trip for you, and cook your catch on your return!

Hi Lyn
Thanks for a lovely stay in your beautifully appointed villa. We chose the Nautilus Villa and it was everything we could have wished for. The view is lovely, the layout of the villa perfect, and it's so well furnished and supplied.
The courtyard and BBQ area is just lovely and perfect for breakfast and morning coffee.
The deck is a great place to enjoy the morning sun, the views and to spot dolphins and seals. We were blessed to see rays, a seal and a pod of dolphins that hung round for most of the day in the bay and around the pass.
Thank you for arranging things so we could spend the day on D'Urville island - a misty start turned into a cracker day. The birdsong was uplifting and the views fabulous.
We hope to come back!
