Do you want vacation in the mountains, away from the city noise or just a family vacation? Then our we are made for you! It is about 70m2 of place.

Our house is located at a nice property in the valley of Lepena. The location is peaceful, because it stands in the Triglav national park. Right by the house you can see the flow of the river Lepenica, which is usually dry in summertime. The house has nearly 1200m2 of land so you can move freely. In front of the house there is an outside place for picincs or other correlated activities. And on the

other side of the house you can enjoy a nice, wide terrace for outside lunches, dinners or just a few drinks, with family or friends. The ground floor has a big family bathroom, a big kitchen with a dinning table for at least 8 people and a big living room that has its own build-in furnance, although all the house has a central heating and a satelite TV. The first floor has three double bedrooms. There is also a small bathroom and a big build-in closet room. The 3rd floor, or the attic, is equipped with five additional beds, for more sleeping place, which are enjoyable mostly by children. The house is closed in winter time (from november till the end of february due to no sunlight in the area). It can be opened and arranged for longer stays on guest request.
