We are Renee and Laura Clayton with Beach Condos in Destin. We began in 2005 by managing our own personal condos at Majestic Sun, Maravilla and Beach Retreat. We decided to leave our original careers and property manage full time. Over time others have come to us by word of mouth for us to manage their vacation rentals as well. We do not actively solicit units to manage but over the past 20 years

we have grown to a portfolio of 83 condo rentals in Miramar Beach and Destin and 2 house rentals. I think part of what sets us apart is our ability to look and treat each property the way we would our own. That being said we only manage where we believe in the property and where we can personally have a hands-on approach. Renee has remodeled so many of the properties in our collection and it really makes a difference to our guest and owners. You want a nice place to stay on your hard-earned vacation. Because of that over 60+% of our business each year are repeat guest. Many of which we have had the honor of being there for them as their families have grown and changed over the past 20 years. We really do look forward to talking and helping our guest find the perfect home away from home. We specialize in the Miramar Beach and Destin area with a emphasis on Pet Friendly as well as beautifully renovated properties.
