Fripp and Fall Vacation Rental on the water in Fripp Island, South Carolina Fripp and Fall formerly known as LunaSeay is the best all round home on Fripp.

We know because we've rented several homes and condos there over the past 15 years then rented this home from the former owners, the Seays, and loved it so much we bought it! Originally built in the 70's the house under went a total rebuild in 2001. We bought it in December 2004 gave it the funky, comfortable personality that it has today. Fripp and Fall is located on the canal and has a private d

ock so you can bring your boat and park it at your back door- how many other rentals offer that on the island?!!?. There is also a patio next to the canal that is a perfect spot to watch the sunset with a cold drink or a fishing pole. You can clean the fish you just caught in the double sink on the patio and cook them (or some Frogmore Stew) on the Bayou Classic cooker. A previous guest generously left a genuine crab trap hanging from the dock for you to bait and see how many you can snare in a week! Also included in the rental is one four seater golf cart. The beach is less than two minutes on the golf carts. We also have plenty of beach chairs! The Marina Store and landing, Bonito Boat House restaurant, The Ocean Creek Golf Club and Davis Love Park are less than five minutes on the cart or the bikes. The Veranda Beach cottages, Cabana Club pool complex (both near Activity Center, Camp Fripp and Wardle's Landing) are also easy rides. The Beach Club restaurant, shops, pool facilities, Ocean Point golf course, Ocean Point pool and Ocean Point Grill are across the Bonito bridge in the direction of the entrance to Fripp as well as The Spring Tide Market, Spirit's Store, Mango's Gifts, and Fripp Island Real Estate. We include four amenity cards so you can swim, dine, play golf, play tennis and do all the other island activities that you have the energy left to do. You can get extra cards at a nominal fee from the Fripp Club office which is located in one of the Beach Club out buildings. Two of the four large bedrooms have king beds. The third bedroom has two queen size beds. The fourth bedroom is the bunk room and great for the kids, with four bunks and a TV. Bring your own Playstation/Xbox and look here first for any missing children! The house has a covered wrap around porch with three fans on with six Adirondack chairs. It's the perfect place for the evening cocktail or to finish that 'can't put down' novel. Be careful - you may find yourself still there in the morning. There is a separate ice maker and wet bar so you are always ready for cold drinks. There is also an additional refrigerator in the large detached (not under the house) garage for party supply overflow and to store your bait and seafood products...

There are TV's in every room including a 46 inch flat screen in the main sitting room, with any luck, and good weather, you’ll never turn it on. There is also free wireless internet for those of you who cannot seem to break ties with the real world - even at Fripp (pity). We love this house and enjoy getting to know the folks who have rented from us. We insure prompt attention to all emergency matters with a phone call, even though we are in Greenville, SC

We hope you're as excited about 4th of July at Fripp as we are!

This year our golf cart parade will be Summer Olympics themed and will take place on Friday, July 3rd. Fireworks will kick off on July 4th when the sun sets. With the 4th perfectly resting on a Saturday, we're excited to celebrate the week before and the week after!
